Blue 304 was the designation given to a Soviet Air Force MiG-29UB Fulcrum that visited the Abbotsford International Airshow in Abbotsford, British Columbia in 1989. Blue 304 was crewed by renowned Soviet test pilot Valery Minitsky (1944-2008) and Anatoly Kvochur (1952-2024). Blue 304 was notable in that the first Western pilot to ever fly a MiG-29 flew her: Major Bob Wade (1956-present) of the Royal Canadian Air Force flew her at the Abbotsford International Airshow, and in his own words, was "pretty impressed with it."
