This is a T-55 used by the Libyan National Army during the Second Libyan Civil War around 2017 near or in Benghazi.

The T-55 in the image is made up from two separate vehicles, presumably because the Turret/Hull from the original 2 vehicles got damaged and the 2 salvaged parts got put together.

The turret is a Polish T-55 production, defined by its oval cutout around the MG-Port on the turret and gunners optic, as well as the additional Searchlight under the main one present on the left of the turret from the image POV.

The hull is a Soviet-Produced early T-55 with the MG port that was present on the first few hundred T-55s that were produced and after that it was removed.
