    A U.S. Soldier acting as an opposing force (OPFOR) but assigned to 1st Battalion, 4th Infantry Regiment, searches for Soldiers from participating units during Combined Resolve XI, Hohenfels, Germany, Dec. 8, 2018. Combined Resolve XI at the Joint Multinational Readiness Center is the final exercise in 1-1 CD’s rotation in support of Atlantic Resolve in Europe, which evaluates the interoperability of U.S. forces with their NATO allies and partners.
