Shown in the image is not a T-62, but a Chonma-Ho (Korean written name; Ch'ŏnma-Ho, or Chenoma-Ho depending on the writing style.) which is a North Korean, domestically produced T-62 variant which in its early models looks almost 1:1 with the T-62, but with the progressing variants it gets vastly different.

The tank series names are always dubious due to NK information being lackluster at best, thus this tanks name could either be Chonma, Chonma-Ho or Chonma-Ho I. (Alongside its Korean writing style, Ch'ŏnma-Ho, ect.)

Though the first edition of the Chonma looked almost alike, its differences are slightly noticeable in the welding quality and roughless as well as the 14.5mm KPVT HMG that was included as a coaxial machine gun for the gunner alongside the pre-existing 7.62 PKT.

This specific one was spotted in Afghanistan. While it is unknown who got the Chonma or its variants, the widely accepted users are Iran and Ethiopia (besides North Korea of course) with a few outliers like this one in Afghanistan, and perhaps other places, as identifying them is difficult when the 14.5mm KPVT is absent.
